Changing picture size?

Hi!

I have 120 picture in 1280x960 and want to change them in 1024x768? How can I do that without great effort?

Do a search for "batch" and do it in a batch process. Basically you record an action with one of them. Actions --> new (I dont have PS in front of me =\ ) Hit record. Resize one, and save as - give it a new name. Hit stop. Now it File --> Batch (?) there is a setting in the preferences where you can tell it to save in a certain folder in a certain incremented file name.
Then open all of your images and hit play and you will have them resize and saved while you make your morning tea.
