Ok, I saved it as default.htm which is the home page for brinkster. It saved right but the images are replaced with little X's. Check it out for yourself... http://www32.brinkster.com/genji1322

Now, I uploaded all of the images needed but why aren't they showing up...?

Are the images in a directory/folder called "images" ?

no they arent - your directory structure is screwy.

eg: the page requests: http://www32.brinkster.com/genji1322/images/default_02.gif

whereas the following is a valid image: http://www32.brinkster.com/genji1322/default_02.gif

Just replace all "images/" to nothing in your code.
