*Rough* Metal

There's alot of smooth metal tutorials. But I would like to learn how to make rough metal. To be more exact, a rough metal border, with screws in it and such.

From the tutorials of yours I can tell I'm what would be described as an advanced user. So dont hesitate making the answer vast and complex =)

www.computerarts.co.uk has a great tutorial in the 2d section of their tutorials.

I hate being demanding, but I had some trouble finding it, actually i couldnt find it at all :-P

Hmm... Ive done the tutorial... although I must say it wasnt much else than inserting alot of pictures and changing the blending modes of them :-P I'm not very satisfied with my work, although it looks quite good, its practically a copy of the the tutorial. Had no chance to alter the tutorial just a bit in my personal way :-P So erm.. I wont be posting a link >_<
