Aright this has been driving me insane. I'm working on a new website layout in photoshop (of course) It's mostly grays, blacks and whites. Now, when I attempt to "Save As", wheather it's a GIF or JPG and try to view it outside of photoshop such as in Frontpage or wherever, my grays turn to shades of blueish hues. Now it looks ok with the blues but i really want it to be gray, becuase that was what was inteneded. Yes, I checked the color mode it's RGB 8 bit (16 bit is grayed out) that's it. |

I have the same problem. Although it doesn't matter what color I use. I use RGB mode to. It is different after I save it as a jpg. Then if I send it in outlook a I view it there, it is different. If I ftp it up on the web it is different. Example of problem: On our web site Look Here I have that little special for 199.00 web site. It was made to be blue to match the type down below. But when I posted it, it was darker and had a purplish hue to it. GGGRRRR My OS is windows XP, HP. I am using Adobe PS 7, here is a pic of my color settings. I have tryed different settings, like web only, and no results there. Could Some one help me PLEASE! It is very frustrating. I have the Adobe PS 7 manual and have read what I could in there. It really doesn't address this problem. Ok any help will be great, RocknRob |
