I need to get it down to 100...it's now at 107. Any tips as to what settings I should tweak?

Ctrl + Shift + Alt + S = Save for Web. With the new Save for Web pallette that is now open navigate to the small "play button" that is just to the right of the 'settings' drop down box, from there you should be able to choose "Optimize to File Size". It would pay to explore and play with the save for web pallette and its features. A general rule of thumb though is that pictures with large flat areas of colour are best suited to GIF while images with complicated colour gradients (like photos etc) are best suited to JPG. Oh and GIF offers binary transparency whilst PNG offers alpha transparency. |

What do you need help with? If you reduced the file size from 107kb to 19.7kb, it sounds like you accomplished your task...
