I have seen this type of style several places on the net.. but havent found any tutoriales to make something similar.

Any suggestions how to make something like this?

looks like 3dmax or something similar and then liquified in photoshop... just a guess.

I havent got 3dmax.. so I hoped there were a easier way :(

I bet that a 3d program was used there - there's lots of tuts on how to achieve trendy stuff in 3d...
