Very carefully with the Stamp tool. For help on learning to use the stamp tool, read the manual or help files that came with photoshop.

www.adobe.com has a 30day trial for download.

Magazines and the like often have it on the cover if you aren't on a broadband connection.

usually the text is across an image to stop you stealing it. Beware of breaching copyright.
