PhotoShop 6.0.1 Mac "clone tool" crashes program. I have over 85 megs allocated to PhotoShop. The file I'm working on is 643k. Any ideas. I just installed QuickTime Pro. I don't think there is a correlation. |

OK you trashed preferences - Ive got basically the same set up as you OS 9 and Photosho[p 6.1 - theres no intrinsic crashing problem with the Photoshop 6.1 - if anything its more solid than 5.5! Its probably an extension conflict - try going thorough the business of switching off some of your unecessary extensions, and restarting, This kind of thing sometimes happens when you install some dodgy games software or something - but this should sort it. If it doesnt then your last resort is to get hold of Norton Utilities or something and repair and optimise your disk - dont worry this won't harm any of your work! |
