Hi and thanks for reading my post and I sure do hope you can enlighted me please, or point me in the right direction. I am trying to achieve my own larger version of this animated button. Which would be the best programs to use etc..... Many thanks in advance :D |

Photoshop for the image and Imageready for the animated gif.

For bigger images I'd suggest using flash (tween motion) althou an easier way, if you're not too familiar with Flash althou it can be 'jumpy' is to use Swish (just insert effect - slide) here's an example of it done in swish: DOORS OPENING Sorry I don't have any Flash examples similiar to that but u get the idea... Anyway if u do an aimated gif like that on a larger scale it might get massive in KB due to the amount of frames you'd have to use to get the 'ease of motion'. |
