Border??

Ok, this hasnt been happening until just recently(I think), but everytime i make a new rectangle, theres a small, one-pixal sized border around the rectangle with a differant color, and it screws everything up...so, how do i get rid of this ?

When you choose your "Rectangle/Square" tool, look up in the upper-left corner. There should be a few little option buttons, try different ones. I had the same problem once, and that fixed it for me. My Photoshop is currently screwed up, and I haven't had time to re-install it yet, so I may be a little off, but I know those buttons are up there somewhere.

If that doesn't work, reply back saying so, by then I should have my PS re-installed.
