Anyone know any good sites for free Photoshop filters?

I seem to have trouble finding the sites on my own and I just was wondering if you guys had any that you knew of that were good.

Why don't more people sign up on the adobe site for the free downloads????

So ya umm where is the adobe filter site ive been to www.adobe.com but i dont know i cant find it.

On another note where do i put the actions ive installed? And how do i use them...? Ive dloaded one of a realistic explosion.

Adobe --> Photoshop7 --> PreSets --> Photoshop Actions

Its not real obvious, but just search for the Adobe Studio Exchange. Register, no obligations, then you download some adobe download manager and you start filling in your cart with free actions, brushes, etc. Download and voila! There is a lot and some are real nice.
