Need some help

Can someone tell me, or maybe even help me, put together a graphic similiar to what is on the main forum page of this sitehttp://www.teamphotoshop.com/forum/ with the titles, but I want to do one in Orange!

The graphic I am referring to is the one with the titles of each different forum Group. Lools like a bar with metal edges!

I'm not sure if this will help or not but here it goes...

First, make a new image with lets say a white backround. Then make a rectangle and fill it with a metal texture. Then use the polygonal lasso tool to cut the shapes you want. Then you can add any reflections if you want to make the metal better! If you want the text orange then just make the text orange. If you want the metal orange then i guess you can just mess with Hue/Saturation settings!

What part do you want to be orange? The metal or the Text?

I know the shinyness is not done right but that can probably be fixed. This is just a rough draft. If you want it to have orange text and silver metal then that would be easier to do!
