Lay Out Table

I need help on my Layout Tables. I dont know where to put them or even make them work.

If you want to help me email me, and I will send you everything what you need.All I have to figure put is to make the Table let me put my buttons in the right spot. Thanks.

Please stop posting this thread. If you haven't gotten help by now, you are not going to. And I would imagine people are reluctant to help you because you are being so damn annoying and spamming the board. If you had spent half as much time actually trying to figure out this problem yourself as you have asking us to do it for you, you would have figured it out by now, and saved us all some time.
