Hi everyone, does anyone know how to take a image that is offcenter, say like a picture of a wheel, and rotate/simulate the image as if you were looking at it straight from the front. What I'm looking for is a way to rotate the picture from angled to simulated front/center. Thank You.

Do you mean 3rd dimensional rotating - rotating the perspective? because in photoshop and every other 2D graphics program...they only have one perspective, which doesn't show the 3rd dimension. They can only be simulated by line or from a photograph. Note: You could use the 3D Transform tool to create basic 3D objects. |

Exactly, rotating the perspective. I have a picture of a custom wheel, aftermarket wheels are always dhot at an angle. I need to rotate or simulate a front view picture. 3D transform tool helps a little.

you could use the edit>transform> distort/perspective tool but that reduces quality.
