tearing edges

I'm trying to take a photo and make the border of the picture appear to be torn all the way around. Like if you were to tear something out of the newspaper. Is there a filter or action that anyone knows of that will achieve this effect?

tear out something? its sound interesthing.i assume you can do it with psp but its lots of work. if i were you i'll tear out a pice of a paper and i'll site next to my computer screen and i'll try to model the results.

after you done you'll feel much batter than if someone will give a filter that make it for you.

dont forget to tell me about it and to save it as an action.

Try scanning in some torn white (example) paper with a piece of bright paper behind it, that way you can isolate the tears.
