round edge.

Is there a way that I can make round edge using levels in PS?

Anyone can provide a link to that? Thought I saw tutorials like that some time ago.

Draw a square/rectangle and make a selection of it - flip to the channels tab and make a new channel, fill the selection with white and ctrl+d to deselct. Apply a gaussian blur (amount depends on the amount of the corner you want anything from 5px upwards I would think should do). Then ctrl+l for levels and drag the black and white point sliders in to meet the centre one. You should see the effect as you do it.

That is a great trick! One thing I noticed is that the corners can be smoothed out much better than using the path and rounded rectangle tool. You should put that in the techniques area =)
