It's the third post down I want to do. Where one picture has been cut up into serveral pieces.

Just each area you want to seperate with the Rectangular Marquee tool, hold CTRL and drag it wherever you want it. If you want to keep it level with the rest of the pic, hold SHIFT while dragging. And after you seperate them all, just add a shadow and you're done.
