Hi, i am a COMPLETE n00b at this photoshop stuff, i just got it, and i was wondering... Is there something were i could open two images and then... copy/cut and paste it to another image?

Ok, i open both images... I cannot R click the one that i want to copy so i go to edit, and i still can't cut or copy... its probly staring me right in the face, yet i still don't have it...

I DID IT! i was messing around with the magic wand tool, pressed ctrl, (was about to press ctrl d to de select) and a scissors icon was up. Soon after, i dragged it over to the other image... WALLAH!:p

...In any environment, be it Windows Explorer or Microsoft Word, you need to SELECT something BEFORE COPY/PASTE. A bit of common sense wouldn't hurt. -.-;

you can either make a selection with any of the lasso tools to select.. or else goto Select -> All to select the entire layer you are on... Ctrl-A also selects all. then paste where ever... |
