How would i do this...???

Looks like the usual random noised 3D stuff, with loads of layerStyles on top of each other...nothing special really.

There are probably thousands of tutorials for that ****.

this is photoshop section, and that's made with 3ds max.
photoshop can only make cubes, spheres n' something else using 3d transform....and aren't 2-sided.
