hey did pank use a 3d program to make those things on the side of the teamphotoshop website....... on the left site...... if not and he used photoshop.......do u know of a tutorial to learn to make um...... Thanx BlueSpark |

panks secret.... you can probly get it for a price.... or jus ask paavo... he almost got it.... i personally think its a bunch of airbrusing with layer blending |

Hey i made something similar to panks orange rings,And believe it i did it in PS and they look 3d., I cant remember what i did though i did many steps to creat a similar effect as him. Maybe later i will try and reinact it lol. If i do get it again, would anyone care if i told some people or just keep it to myself? |

From my limited use of 3DSMAX I'd say it was done in that then edited in PS. You can achieve some excellent twisted metal-bar effects in 3DS you can find tuts on that on many websites althou something very similiar can be done in PS7 using 3D Transform and Distort filters and some creative use of the blending options. Or you could develop these tuts eplastic Metal Tube to try something similiar. But still its an effective and very interesting design, very stylish! |

I think it retails for about $3000 but I got myself a resale a while back for $50. Althou it depends who you ask and you might get a 'demo' for free ;) |
