get rid of red eye ????

just need some feedback on red eye reduction on digital photo's. I've been selecting the red color and playing with a variety of color balances and fills but they still end up looking pretty demonic. Little help?

There are tons of ways to do this.

Most common way would probably be to make a selection over top the eye, make a new layer, fill it with black and either just leave it at that or blend it with the "color" blending mode....

lol, I first thought someone was pissed off at "redeye", the dude, and wanted him banned or something. :D ....*goes back to bed for a while*

your best bet is to stick the red eyes out with a sharp knife... then take the picture.
Worked for me!
