can someone please explain to me how to make scan lines....

*sighs* ...search the board? And if you don't find it..here's how I do them (if I do them :p) 1. make a line with 1px brush pencil 2. Copy the layer, move it up/down a bit, merge the layers. 3. Repeat 3 until you fill the area you want. ^ |

Web Machine has some great tutorials under the photoshop tab, including scanlines.

Heres what I do. I paint black lines on my scanner then scan in my image. Works great. :D

make a 50 width by 2 height fill the top half w/ black, select all, define pattern, make 50 by 50 image, fill w/ patter select all define pattern again, take your image you wanna put scans on, make a new layer, fill it w/ the scan line pattern, change blending to overlay, and change opacity to u're liking. LOL spectra, thats one hell of and idea, i gonna go try it ten minutes later... omg that sooo works!! :p |
