New File Dimensions Lock?

first post on the board and i have a simple question. how do lock the height and width numbers to maintain scale? like say i wanted to use a file that is 2x4 and i wanted to change the height to 8, then i would also like the width to automatically change to 4 for me. any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

And yes, MTV does blow now. All crappy shows, escept for Jackass though. And they almost never play actualy music videos, and whenever they do its 95% Rap. And rap sucks.:D

But on the other hand I think making stuff out of grass isn't that hard.. I mean you could easily make dragons that fly out of them.. But the only thing you have to be carefull off..
