When I emailed the guy who did the graphics he told me that he strictly used the line tool and it took hours and patience to do. So how would I accomplish that effect and is there a easier way to do it?

Come on man.. it's a drawing. Even if it's drawn in photoshop. Not EVERYTHING is "cheatable" in photoshop. ;) Just use the penTool, or lasso or whatever, and draw. :D |

That is true everythign isn't "cheatable" but in photoshop there is always an easier way of doing something for if it's cropping or to extracting and image....also an alternate way of convience for soemthing..

One possibility that came to my mind, although not tested and I wont stand by to see if it works, is. Use image-->adjustments-->posterize.... create a more 'basic' image and then use the magnetic lasso to start creating outlines. Give it a try? dunno.... |

also... if you have macromedia flash... you might be able to take a photo of a car and trace it in flash then save as a bmp (insert image then select it, then >modify>>trace bitmap in flash) it might give you that effect too, without the hastle of line drawing..... i'm with lagacy_hawaii here.. there is "almost" always an easier way |
