insufficient free memory |

i get this problem, where im trying to do a starburst, and im trying to polar coordinate...after i click it, it says "insufficient free memory". what do i do to fix this?

well, for one you could uninstall some things that you necessarily don't need. and secondly, ... well i have no secondly.. ^_^ -HT |

It needs either RAM or HD space. Try closing some RAM hogs, like AIM or something, then try it. Or just buy more RAM. Its cheap. |

Or up the amount of ram you allow PS to use in your pref's...

~75% if you just run Photoshop with barely any other programs open.
