2 Nice pixelation effect!!!

Here 3 really cool use of the mosaic filter... hope you like them... They are made to be used at 72 dpi. You will find them really easy but fun!

Trick 1 Beveled Pixels

1 Filter - Pixelate - Mosaic (Use a value from 5 to 15 for optimal results, I use 10)
2 Filter - Sharpen - Sharpen More (You can also use Sharpen Edge)
3 (optional) Filter - Sharpen - Sharpen

Trick 2 Framed Pixels

1 Filter - Pixelate - Mosaic (Use a value from 5 to 15 for optimal results, I use 10)
2 Duplicate your layer
3 Select your new layer
4 Filter - Stylize - Glowing Edges (Edge With 1 or 2 (1 is better) Edges Brightness from 10 to 20 (I use 10) Smoothness 1 (Very important or you will screw the whole effect)
5 Image - Adjustements - Invert
6 Image - Adjustements - Desaturate
7 Set layer blending mode to Multiply

You could replace steps 4 to 6 with the Find Edge filter but you have less control

Trick 3 Combination

Ready for even coller trick...combine tyhe 2 trick!

1 Filter - Pixelate - Mosaic (Use a value from 5 to 15 for optimal
2 Duplicate your layer (but stay on the old one)
3 Do step 2 and 3 from Trick 1
4 Select your new layer
5 Do step 4 to 7 from trick 2

Yeah, a tutorial with screenshots would probably be nice for people who quite can't figure it out....

its not that hard. but i tried the tutorial with just new document and my finish product was just a blank page.

Is an image effect... you need to use over an existing image!
