I'm not new to photoshop of course but I just forgot how to make a pixel border around an image.

I did do a search and couldn't find what I wanted.

so far i've got 'select all'
'modify border'
'then I blank out. I know I have to press ctrl something or something like that to fill the selected area with the border color I want but I can seem to find it.

Select All; Edit -> Stroke 1px; Inside; Color = Black.

OR

Select -> Modify -> Expand -> 1px; Edit -> Stroke 1px; Inside; Color = Black.

Well if you do it that way wouldn't it take more time because you need to change the settings around? Or am I missing out on a secret here? :p

Good thing about the layerstyles is that you can remove it much faster when you decide you don't really need it or change the size or color very fast.
