http://www.theghostband.com/shows/shows.php The image at the top with the blurred effects. Could it be done with photoshop or do you think it is just how the original picture looked? |

As mo0chan said this should have be done with a slow shutter (on the camera itself). But this can also be done in Photoshop 1) Select the parts of the image you wish to look blurred this way. 2) Copy those elements on a new layer (if you have many elements place each on their own layer for a better effect. 3) Lower opacity (you can also play with blending modes) 4) Apply Motion blur on the new layer.
