Hi Layer Style dialog box > Transparency Shapes Layer ... I've looked on the help files and other references but i still :confused: about its profit, how can i test it? Thanks Shay |

Yeah...i'm not so sure about PS 7...but my guess is that it blends the layer you're putting that effect onto, with the layer below. Have you tried having an image on the bottom layer....a photo or something.. Make a new layer and draw a circle and fill it with white. Select this and go into that box there. See what it does...I could be COMPLETELY wrong, but what the hey!

hi No...its only hide and show the effect,i tried a several combination its might be...but i still looking.. The help file dont discribe it well or my english is not good enoghe... Shay |

Well, have you tried the manual? Everything is there. If you cant understand the text file, paste it here and i'll be happy to explain it more easily. You're not alone, i find Adobe help to be kind of crappy

yaa....its nice idea... Adobe: Select Transparency Shapes Layers to restrict layer effects and knockouts to opaque areas of the layer. Deselecting this option, which is always selected by default, applies these effects throughout the layer. Shay : This is not true :D Shay |
