Like ... those things that come from behind the power puff girls when they fly. it's very bright. i wanna know how to make that effect. if anyone knows how please help.and i don't want that cheesy effect like outer glow or feathering.. i want a good quality sun-bright plasma glow. -HT |

make a new layer with a lighter tone of the color, and change the blendingMode to 'dodge'. Copy the layer if you need for more effect.
