how to make your background suitable foor 800x600 and 1024x768 pixels

Can anyone tell me how I can make a background suitable for those who use 800x600 and those who use 1024x768 pixels?

For a website or wallpaper??? If it's a website just make it for the 800x600 people. If it's a wallpaper make 2 files on 800x600 and 1 that's 1024x768. Simple as that. :p

I think he wants to know how he can design 1 piece and get both res's to see the same.

Put the picture in a 100% table

Another method I sometimes use is creating an image like 1200 px X 2 px and set it as the body bgimage....
