When you're working with the inner glow style effects what exactly does Choke do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the choke gives you less or more contrast on the fade effect (more choke, more contrast)
other hint - I often use a drop shadow with 0 distance, and max choke, if i want to outline something.
