Define a pattern, or just draw a small GIF that tiles when put as background in the body/table.

well, in this forum's case, I guess it's a small GIF with just a few pixels that tiles when you put it as a BG, get it? As in, just draw a 3*3px GIF with a black and a white pixel somewhere, and make a HTML document with the small GIF as background, and see what happens. |

well..it's like scanlines, just make a new layer, draw the thingies, and either define a pattern, or copy the layer, move it a bit up/down/left/right, and merge. Then copy it again, and merge again, you know?

Yeah... the patter option is GTEAT! I think you can find the tutorial at http://www.thewebmachine.com/ one of the cool patterns I made is called "cyber space" I used 4px font and wrote 100101000 and saved it as patern.. Then when you fill the image with this patern... you get the numbers repeated all over. But when you do something like that, dont forget to leave some space vertically... you dont want the numbers to touch each other. Another cool thing to do is use the "Quick Mask Mode" with "Gradient Tool"...... this creates a fade away effect to the pattern..... I would show you some exampes but Im too lazy , sorry:rolleyes: I hope this will help you in your projects |
