How do I make those blue transparent tubes like on phong.com?

Can anyone point me to a tutorial that will show me how to make those tubes on phon.com? Like the one on the headers and everything?

Try that just either without the color or a light color that shows up like the tubes on your site or whatever your designing...

or make the shape that you want with the pen tool or something and then stroke it with a large brush.. (the width you want the tube) than select that layer, make a new layer and use the air brush to add white or some light color to the top and bottom. Then while it is still selected use the blur it using gaussian blur.... then deselect and hide or delete the first layer.. (the one you stroked with the brush)...
