Just curious as to what is the preferred method for Beveling Interface elements?Ive been looking for a good method for a long time. Saemeal |

Thats kinda of a broad question. Mostly, I guess, I use the >layer>effects bevel |

The smoothest bevel you'll get (I think) is if you make the shape, select it, make a channel of the selection, gassian blur a few times (9,6,4,1 values maybe?) and go back to the shaped layer. Then you use the lightning effects and choose your channel and modify to your pleasure..... Maybe I'm way off, but I do this all the time, and it looks fairly good......To me. But if there's a faster, more improved way, please tell me so I don't go all the way explaining stuff people don't wanna know......Argh !! Where am I ??!! :D :D :D |
