Photoshop Bible

I am considering purchasing a Photoshop 7 Bible because I am somewhat new to photoshop. I was wondering if it is worth buy and would be any help or not. If you have any other book recommendations for photoshop due tell. Thanks!

Adobe Classroom in the Books are all mostly great. Photoshop WOW is good for making stuff. Realworld Photoshop when you get more advanced.

Or you can be hardcore like most designers here and just learn by experimenting.

i seriously think the best way to learn ps is experiment. i mean programs like premiere or flash ya u need books, but ps once u learn the basic tools its all about creativity from there

I have both ps6 bible and helpedme a lot. Now when i open ps it looks difrendly..more let's say"friendly". I have learned ps from ps 6 bible and Phtoshop 6 complete...ans ofcourse lot of nonsleep hours. I had ps bible in my hands and ai think it's great. My advice...try it, it gorgeus.

The Photoshop Bible is an excellent resource. I like much of the "Bible" series that cover other programs, as well..Some more than others, but Deke Mcleland wrote a good one w/ Photoshop Bible.
