If I wanted to rip off windows xp, I'd probably just hit printscreen on an XP machine, paste the gui into photoshop, and start editing it like that. Should be very simple.

first, i dunt wanna 'rip off' xp...i just want the nice smooth effect..secondly, i posted it here cos it's likely to get more attention...
