How do I make this cool effect?

Hi,

First of all, go at this link:

Now look at the 'Goal Gallery' image. I'm trying to make those screenshots the way they are on there. They seem to of been tilted in a way that the front end of the screenshot seems closer to the screen then the other end. They also have a rather nice glow around the edges of it.

Any photoshop expert know how to do this?

It's photoshop beginner stuff.

Use the free transform tool and skew the image by CTRL+Click and drag the 4 corner boxes until it looks good. Then if you're lazy, apply the Outer Glow Layer Effect on it and you're set.
