Pixelart Tutorial

I'm searching for some pixelart tutorial on the Google,but i found nothing interesting...I would like to make a joke with some friend's pics and draw my own city. Where can i find a decent stuff about this?...i just have found a loot of bull****.

...I really don't think you need a tutorial for pixelArt.

Just use any graphics program, and make the pixels..lol
In PS, use the pencil, and just draw the stuff.

What are you looking for in a tutorial?

It is a fair question, there is much more to pixel art than meets the eye. Starters in the art wont know of the production shortcuts that speed up the process, like making alpha channels to reuse and a comprehensive brush set.

www.computerarts.co.uk has a great tutorial on pixel art good luck and show us what you come up with
