This is pretty un-advanced but anyways...all I want to do is "pixelate" and image. Better worded, I want to take an image and instead of it being sharp and clean, I want each pixel to stand out. almost like if you zoom way in while in PS, how you can see all the pixels. Is there a way to adjust how big each pixel is, i.e. lets say I wanted each pixel to be 4x4? Hard to explain, but I hope you understand what Im saying. Thanks all!
