Site design, need feedback

This is still a work in progress have to add a rotating R to one of the circles in the menu, but before I finish it up I might as well get some feedback. The sites serves as a emulation/roms site, bringing up the nostalagi.

Hmm... I don't think the background color should be white... I don't have enough time right now to critique more... sorry, I'll add later, I promise!

i dont know i really dislike GUI looking websites but i do like that one

so good job

the flahs is good but a little bit of an eyesore after a while of flicking those links so maybe slow down the animation of that screen?!
