Wow... that site looks great! I really like the colorscheme, and it's well layed out too. Nice to see how you improved in such a short period of time.

Only thing I didn't like was the splash page. I hate splash pages. They serve no need. Only when you need a link to a pop up site, but those are even more awful then a splash page.
Can't you have a dropdown box on your website where people can choose the language?

Why thank you fellas. :D I am glad to see all your positive feedback. I have added a splash page graphic. Sorry to those of you who no likey intro page, but it is best for the language thing.

Btw... I have been needing some coding advice. I have used tables, but I would like an easier more effective way to build up the site. Someone did mention CSS. What do you guys think?

CSS is great... Though you can still use tables for the general layout if it's too hard to do it with only CSS. But you can use CSS for padding, spacing, colors, borders, font size, leading, font color, mouse over effects, navigation bars, tab navigation bars, etc.

Or, you could just stick to tables.

Yes, you could, if you're lazy, stubborn, and don't care how long your site takes to download for your viewers or how it might look on anyone's computer but your own...
