It's half past 2 in the frickin morning, give us a break xD

things I would change:

- your text, really doesn't look good with this kind of layout.
It's like havinga policelogo that is written in grafiti. Graffiti fonts
are kind of silly anyway, try to write it yourself.
- colorscheme, this layout needs some color man. Perhaps just
make the header colorized.
- the photo, that photo is sooo unoriginal. I think that if I tried I
could find 30 sites that look the same. All have a subway
picture.

if you do want to use a graffiti font, try dafont.com, they have some slick graffiti fonts.

Yeah, those fonts are sweet. I downloaded a bunch.

I also added some blues....

I like this one better, the color does a lot for the layout. ;)

Mmmm...lose the motion. The site looks pretty sweet IMO but I don't like the subway motion...It just looks really fake and is obviously looped. Like watching a movie that's just two frames switching back and forth. I have no suggestions for what to replace it with, but I'd say until you think of something cooler, lose the animation. Other than that though...it looks nice and clean, and pretty organized. thumbs up.

I like the mouseover, I am not sure about the subway. I would keep the mouseover though. I think it looks cool imo.

THOUGHTS ON #1.
This is an excellent choice, and I would rather go with this one, if I were you. One thing that appeals to me is the professionalism, and your ability to have kept the color scheme all the same and well preserved. Very good work!

THOUGHTS ON #2.
One thing I like is the crisp, clear cutting, and there are no jaggies, at least none that I have discovered so far. Some things I did notice is that you used some blue, which threw off your color scheme consistency.

All in all, nice work, but your first one out ranks the second.
