Good work. I like the mouseover menu and the logo part. What I seem to be annoyed over is the main text and what you have there. The font you use don't fit the rest of the site. Why not try Verdana font or similar to it? And why not use another font in the sections ?

As for the design I think the font is really bad as well, verdena would look a lot better. As for the rest of the design, I think it looks pretty good. I like the cartoonish looking guys in each post showing who posted what and the navigation looks great.

Overall I think its a good looking site, professional, clean, and simple but very good looking
