Maybe you could fade a picture in the middle for a bg. Something around like 20% (i mean faded lol). Or darken your blues...maybe give the pics on the left side some more contrast?? You could even pattern fill the light blue/gray color. Just some suggestions.

I think you should put the entire thing in table, darken the blues you already have, and fill the white part with a very soft blue. Then give your background some sort of texture fill. I also think the idea of having a large faded picture to cover the middle is a good idea (maybe the enlarged pictures of the ones on the side?). Needs some more color, so the background texture should probably be dark.

I have a few things that I would change/recommend... 1. The entire site is really simple and sometimes simple is good, but for some reason i dont really like this simple :P 2. Do something with the navigation, theres nothing there except for the text :/ 3. Do something to tie the entire site together so everything isnt just floating around. 4. Just add some detail to the entire thing, background images, rollovers, titles, images, etc... Other then that I think its a pretty good start, a good foundation for a site |
