i think the header should have more color...

I like it, it's very simple... just nice for the eye But (always a but) I don't know if the text is going to be that close to the vertical line to the right, but here in the picture I think it's a bit too close... Moving that line just a bit to the right would give same space between text - line, line - image, image - border - just perfect And I think you're right about that green bit to the left... My first thought was that you could maybe make something with some boxes, like you did just left to the navigation... just maybe some larger ones... maybe put some images in some of them, if you have some more... Just this kand of random pattern with some boxes, in some different colors of green. Hope you can follow me Well just some suggestions ... Good luck with finishing it..

Not bad not bad. After looking at it I didn't go falling to the floor froathing at the mouth so thats an added bonus.

Navigation
Perhaps a slightly thicker font? Perhaps just a bit nitpicky, but its so skinny and its not as clear/easy to read as it could be because of that.
Do you really need the 'navigator' text on there? Taking that out and centering (whats left) it between the green area wouldn't really look all that bad.

Green Box On the Left
Yes, someting, anything, in there would be nice. If only to make it so its not wasted space. A pattern? Lines? Hell put the navigation in there instead perhaps. I would make updating it easier.

The Black text on the green BG. More nitpicky i supose, but it doesn't come out as well as it could because they are both colors leaning on the dark side.

Perhaps instead of having it smash against the site there, make it a big longer (sell put copyright) add your name, and center it within your page?

Header
Hrm that faded image looks slightly odd. It off-balances the page IMHO. You just suddenly plop this image on the right there, bringing more focus to THAT instead of your logo. Why not get a whole picture in there and, i don't know, bring the opacity of the etnire head down. Maybe giving your logo a white outline to help it stand out more then. Just to something to even out the header.

Otherwise, overall, its pretty nice. Very clean, easy to understand. I wonder what it would look like centered.

I don't like the 'NAVIGATOR' and I would made my navigation text sharper. For a roll-over you could have a small glow around the text appear as you move your mouse of each button.
