I have an e-Machines computor. 159 MB SDRAM, and a 566MHz Processor. Should I upgrade the processor, or the RAM?

both, and since you will upgrade the processor most likely you will need a new motherboard and maybe new case too.... ram is so cheap now its not hard to upgrade at all.

Ram is cheap, but ddr ram is pretty high right now. About 125$ Canadian for 256 seems to be the standard going rate....

You should do a little research. See what the highest processor you can put on your motherboard with only a chip-swap. I would say your first upgrade would be memory, but if there isn't much head room on the mobo for faster processor, then you may want to think about a motherboard bundle with new CPU and memory. It's your budget--but a newer mobo will probably need DDR memory so you wouldn't want to spend money on PC-133 SDRAM's if you are gonna go with a whole new mobo, etc. in the near future.
