Windows XP Upgrade Photoshop has Fatal Errors

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I recently upgraded to Windows XP and now my Photoshop 6 tells me it has a virtual memory fatal error. I downloaded some "dll" file from the photoshop web site thinking that would work, but it didn't. Still get the error.

I'd make sure you always do a "clean" install when upgrading. I had prob's when I upgraded to xp from win2k when I did not do a clean install. Once I reformated, did a clean install, and re-installed everything it worked great.
