After viewing "his" source code... I found out thats the actual page. So I guess contacting Brinkster is the best way that Im going to get it taken down.... Unless you guys wanna help by sending him some emails or something ;)

I'd suggest contacing no-ip and seeing if they'll do anything about it. At least they can deny service to the person.
