2advanced CS rip lol

shred .....there is a program out there to de-protect an swf and save it out as an fla. It will give you basically a complete fla...minus some tweens and some organization of frames. You can then open the file and steal all the graphics...symbols..animations you name it. Its basically like having the original FLA.

wow incredible, never new you could do that. still though, that 4advanced thing is histerical

how's that (the making and .swf into a .fla) possible when the size of the .swf is so much smaller than the original .fla is? :confused:

i did some research and all i could find were programs that decompilled the .swf into different pieces. you could see the actionscript, the symbols, and some movies, but none could compile back into a .fla


thats pretty weird considering this site is almost an exact duplicate of 2advanced.

ug I'll tell you what you do all you rippers out there. you look at some flash site you see what the swf is called then you open a new flash movie and import the "swf" in It will give you a pretty ****ty mangled part of the movie, most of the action script will not show up..but thats how they do it.

There is also a program to rip the actionscript out of an swf. Its actually more of a learning tool...not supposed to be used as a rippers tool but i wouldnt be suprised if its used anyway. Its called action script viewer



Edit: Just for the record....ive never ripped a site...never will. The only reason i know about these tools is strictly from learning experience. Stop staring at me through the corner of your eyes!! lol

Hey they admitted they were wrong and pulled down the site. At least their web man/woman has some intelligence and morals =)
